Zerox Roleplay – Terms of Service

Welcome to the Zerox Roleplay Store. By purchasing any item from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our store or purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on the Zerox Roleplay Store are digital and intended for use exclusively on the Zerox Roleplay FiveM server.

Products may include:

• Vehicle packs
• VIP memberships
• In-game currency
• Custom items
• Other digital content

These products have no real-world monetary value outside of the server.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through our selected payment providers.

You agree that:

• all payment information provided is accurate;
• you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
• fraudulent payments may result in a permanent ban from all Zerox Roleplay services.

4. No Refund Policy

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

By completing a purchase, you understand and agree that:

• refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases;
• refunds will not be issued if you are banned;
• refunds will not be issued if you stop playing;
• refunds will not be issued because of server wipes, updates, balancing changes, or modifications to purchased perks;
• chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited.

5. Chargebacks

Any payment dispute or chargeback may result in:

• permanent removal of purchased items;
• permanent ban from Zerox Roleplay;
• restriction from future purchases.

6. Changes to Products

We reserve the right to:

• modify perks;
• rebalance gameplay;
• replace items;
• remove or update products whenever necessary for server balance or technical reasons.

Purchasing an item does not guarantee it will remain unchanged forever.

7. Server Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the server.

Maintenance, updates, crashes, or unforeseen technical issues may occur.

No compensation or refunds will be provided for downtime.

8. Rule Violations

Breaking server rules may result in:

• suspension;
• permanent ban;
• removal of purchased perks without compensation.

9. Intellectual Property

All server content, logos, graphics, scripts, branding, and digital assets remain the property of Zerox Roleplay unless stated otherwise.

Redistribution, resale, copying, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
